Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Zelencio account and personal data at any time. Here is exactly what happens.
Before you start: withdraw any remaining balance. Once your
account is deleted, funds cannot be recovered.
Delete from the app
- Open the Zelencio app and sign in.
- Go to Profile โ Settings โ Security.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password and the emailed verification code.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@zelencio.com from your registered address with the subject Delete My Account. We verify ownership before acting on any request.
What is deleted, and when

KYC and transaction records are held for five years because anti-money-laundering law requires it. They are never used for marketing and are not linked to a usable account after deletion.
