Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Zelencio account and personal data at any time. Here is exactly what happens.
Delete from the app or website
- Withdraw all your funds first.
- Sign in to the Zelencio app or zelencio.com/settings.
- Go to Settings → Account management → Delete account.
- Confirm with your usual security checks (authenticator, email code or passkey).
- Our team reviews the request and emails you when the account has been deleted. You can cancel while it is pending.
Only want to stop using it? Disable account in the same place locks it and signs you out everywhere — any balance left in a disabled account is forfeited.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@zelencio.com from your registered address with the subject Delete My Account. We verify ownership before acting on any request.
What is deleted, and when

KYC and transaction records are held for five years because anti-money-laundering law requires it. They are never used for marketing and are not linked to a usable account after deletion.
