The app is slow or crashing

Work through these in order — the first two solve most cases.

1. Update the app. Crashes are often already fixed in a newer version.
2. Restart your device. Genuinely effective, however unsatisfying.
3. Clear the app cache in device settings. This does not affect your account or funds.
4. Check your storage. A nearly full device causes crashes across every app.
5. Check your connection. Live prices need a steady connection; a weak one causes freezing.
6. Reinstall. Your account is on our servers, not your phone, so nothing is lost. You will need to sign in again.

Contact support with your device model, Android version, app version and what you were doing when it crashed. That detail is what makes it fixable.
