Buying crypto for the first time

Once your account is funded you can buy in a few taps.

1. Go to Buy and choose what you want to buy.
2. Enter the amount in your local currency — you do not need to buy a whole coin.
3. Review the rate, the fee and the amount you will receive.
4. Confirm. The asset appears in your wallet immediately.

How much should a first purchase be?

An amount you would be genuinely fine losing. Prices can fall sharply. You are buying experience first and exposure second — the equivalent of a meal out is plenty to learn with.

Market or limit?

A market order buys immediately at the current price. A limit order waits for a price you name. For a first purchase, market is simpler and fine.
