Some details you can change yourself; others need support because they affect verification.

You can change directly

• Username — from Profile
• Profile picture
• Notification preferences
• Language and theme

Requires confirmation

• Email — confirmed from both old and new addresses. Withdrawals pause 24 hours.
• Phone number — verified by code.
• Password — withdrawals pause 24 hours.

Requires support

Your legal name. Since it is tied to your verified identity, changing it means re-verification. Contact support with your updated document if your name has legally changed.

Why the 24-hour pause?

If someone gains access to your account, the first thing they do is change the recovery details. The delay gives you time to notice and act before funds can leave.
