Raising and winning a dispute

Raise the dispute inside the platform immediately. Do not keep negotiating privately — the crypto stays safely in escrow while a dispute is open.

How to raise one

1. Open the order and tap Dispute.
2. Choose the reason.
3. Attach your evidence.
4. Submit and wait for support to review.

Evidence that works

• A full bank statement showing the transfer, with the reference visible — not a notification screenshot.
• The complete platform chat, which support can already see.
• The transaction reference from your bank.

Evidence that does not

Notification screenshots, edited images, and anything from outside the platform. Screenshots are easy to fake and carry little weight on their own.

How long it takes

Most disputes resolve within 24 hours. Complex ones involving bank verification take longer. Support may contact both sides for more information.
