Why a referral reward has not arrived

They have not reached a milestone yet

The most common reason. Signing up alone does not trigger a reward. Check your referral list to see their progress.

The code was not entered at signup

It must be entered during registration. If they forgot, the connection cannot be made afterwards.

They have not completed verification

Most milestones require verified identity first. If they are stuck there, helping them through it is the fastest route.

The reward is a one-time milestone already claimed

Each milestone pays once per referred user, for life. Check your reward history to see whether it was already paid.

Flagged for review

Referrals showing signs of multiple accounts from one person are held for review. Genuine referrals are released after checking.
