VIP verification and higher limits

VIP verification is a second tier that raises your withdrawal and trading limits considerably.

What it requires

• Basic verification already approved
• Proof of address dated within the last three months — a utility bill or bank statement
• Additional documents depending on your country
• A manual review, so allow more time than basic verification

Applying

Go to Profile → Verification → Upgrade to VIP. You can continue using your account normally while it is reviewed.

Do I need it?

Only if you are hitting your current limits. Basic verification is enough for most users. Check your limits on the withdrawal screen before applying.
