Your first deposit: a walkthrough

You can fund your account with crypto you already own, a bank transfer, a card, or by buying from another user through P2P.

Depositing crypto you already hold

1. Go to Wallet → Deposit and choose the coin.
2. Choose the network carefully. It must match the network you are sending from.
3. Copy the address shown, or scan the QR code.
4. Send a small test amount first. Confirm it arrives.
5. Send the rest.

Depositing local currency

Select bank transfer or card from the Deposit screen. For bank transfers, use the exact reference shown — it is how your payment is matched to your account. Without it, the deposit sits unmatched until reconciled manually.

The two mistakes that cause most problems

Wrong network. Sending TRC20 USDT to an ERC20 address usually means the funds are unrecoverable. Check both sides.

Missing reference. A bank transfer with no reference cannot be matched automatically and will be delayed.
