What Zelencio Is
Zelencio is a digital asset platform that lets verified users store, send, receive, swap and trade cryptocurrency, buy and sell crypto directly with other people, and settle deals for digital products through a protected escrow service. It is available as a website at zelencio.com and as an Android application.
Who Operates Zelencio
Zelencio is owned and operated by 360 Logistics Limited. 360 Logistics Limited is the publisher of the Zelencio Android application on Google Play and is the party responsible for the platform, for the handling of user data, and for the commitments made in these documents. Any earlier reference on this site to a different parent company is withdrawn and replaced by this statement.
What We Are Trying to Build
Most people lose money in crypto for reasons that have nothing to do with the market. They send funds on the wrong network. They trust a stranger who sends a fake payment screenshot. They hand over a security code to someone pretending to be support. Zelencio is built around those failure points.
- We warn before you act. Network mismatches, unfamiliar addresses and new devices all trigger a clear confirmation step before anything moves.
- We hold funds while strangers trade. In P2P and Escrow deals the asset is locked by the platform until both sides have done their part.
- We layer security. A 5-digit App PIN, two-factor authentication, device recognition and liveness checks all sit between an attacker and your balance.
- We explain ourselves in plain words. Every policy on this site is written to be understood without a lawyer.
What Zelencio Is Not
Zelencio is a technology platform. It is not a bank, it is not a licensed deposit-taking institution, and it is not an investment adviser. We do not pay interest on balances, we do not lend your assets out, we do not manage money on your behalf, and we never tell you what to buy or sell.
