Summary for Google Play Review

This note is provided to help reviewers assess the Zelencio application quickly and accurately.

  • Publisher: 360 Logistics Limited.
  • Application: Zelencio (com.zelencio.application), a custodial digital asset management and trading platform.
  • Website: zelencio.com, with the same policies published in full at the same links referenced in the Play listing.

Financial Features Declaration

Zelencio provides custodial cryptocurrency wallet services, spot trading and swapping, peer-to-peer trading, and escrow for digital products. Zelencio does not offer banking services, deposit accounts, interest-bearing products, lending, credit, insurance, or investment advice. The platform does not hold or move fiat currency on behalf of users. In peer-to-peer trades, fiat payment happens directly between the two users through their own banks or payment apps and never passes through Zelencio.

Identity Verification

Full platform access requires identity verification. Users submit a government-issued identity document and a live face capture. This data is used solely for verification, fraud prevention and legal record-keeping, is transmitted over encrypted channels, and is retained for the period required by anti-money-laundering law. Verification is mandatory before withdrawals and before peer-to-peer trading.

User-Generated Content

The platform contains user-generated content in three places: the community feed, peer-to-peer trade chat, and escrow deal chat. All three include an in-app report button, a block function, and human moderation. Accounts that post prohibited content are suspended. Content that appears to involve fraud is preserved for investigation.

Age Restriction

Zelencio is strictly limited to users aged 18 and above. Age is confirmed during identity verification against the date of birth on the submitted document. Accounts that fail this check are closed and any balance is returned to the source of funds.

Permissions Used

  • Camera — to capture identity documents, complete liveness checks, and scan QR codes for payments and vouchers.
  • Photo library — to upload proof of payment, escrow item proof, profile photos and support attachments.
  • Notifications — to alert users to logins from new devices, completed transactions, P2P order updates and support replies.
  • Location (precise and approximate) — read once at sign-in to confirm the login is genuine and to block logins from restricted jurisdictions. Location is not collected in the background.
  • Microphone — only while the user records a liveness video or a voice note in trade chat.
  • Biometric — optional fingerprint or face unlock for the app lock; verified on the device, no biometric data leaves the phone.
  • Display over other apps and screen-capture detection — used only as security checks that warn the user about overlay and screen-recording attacks on sensitive screens.
  • Foreground service — keeps live trade and support notifications working while an order is open.
  • Internet and network state — required for all platform functions.

Sign-In and Account Deletion

Users can sign in with email and password, with Google, or with a phone number verified by SMS code. Account deletion can be requested in the app and on the website from account settings, or by email to privacy@zelencio.com; see Privacy Policy Section 6.

No permission is used for advertising, and Zelencio does not sell user data. Reviewers with questions may contact mail@zelencio.com.
