Zelencio is growing, and we are looking for people who enjoy helping others to join our support team. You can work remotely, choose the areas you are good at, and get paid every week.
Choose your departments
Agents are not assigned a team. You pick up to three departments you know well, for example KYC & Verification, Deposits, Withdrawals, U2U Disputes, Security, Trading, Rewards or App & Technical Help. You then receive chats and tickets from those departments only.
Weekly pay
Each department has its own weekly rate, currently from $10 to $25 a week in USDT, depending on how specialised the work is. Your pay is the highest rate among the departments you choose. On top of that, users can tip agents who help them well.
What we look for
- Clear, friendly written English. Our customers are all over the world, so French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Hindi or any other language is a big plus.
- A good understanding of crypto basics, or the willingness to learn fast.
- Patience, honesty and good judgment, especially with people who are stressed about their money.
- A reliable phone or computer and internet connection.
