Send Money to Any Zelencio User by UID

Paying a friend on Zelencio should be as easy as sending a text. With UID transfers it is: no wallet address, no network to choose and no gas fee.
What is a UID?
Every Zelencio account has a unique user ID (UID) and a shareable Zelencio Identity Number (ZIN). You can find them on your profile and on your receiving card, together with your QR code.
How to send
- Tap Send on the home screen to open Send money.
- Enter the person's UID or ZIN, or scan their QR code.
- Check the name we show you. This step protects you from typos and impostors.
- Enter the amount, confirm with your PIN, and it is done.
The money arrives instantly, and both of you get a receipt.
Why it is better than an on-chain transfer
- Free and instant. Internal transfers between Zelencio users cost nothing and do not wait for blockchain confirmations.
- No wrong-network losses. The most common way people lose crypto is by sending on the wrong network. That cannot happen here.
- You can request money too. Send a payment request and the other person approves it in one tap.
Stay safe
Transfers to another user are final, just like cash. Only send to people you know, always check the name before you confirm, and use U2U escrow, not a direct transfer, when buying from someone you have never dealt with. If something looks wrong, use the Report button on the user's profile.
