Cookie Policy

1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so it can recognise you next time. Our mobile application uses local storage, which does the same job.
2. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These make the platform work and cannot be switched off. They keep you logged in for the length of your session, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, remember your trusted device so we do not challenge you on every action, balance traffic across servers, and remember your cookie choices. If you block them, you will not be able to log in.
3. Preference Cookies
These remember your language, theme, currency display and layout choices so you do not have to set them again. Blocking them only means resetting your preferences each visit.
4. Security Cookies
These support rate limiting, bot detection, session integrity checks and alerts for logins from unrecognised devices.
5. Analytics Cookies
These tell us which pages are used, where users abandon a flow, and which errors occur most. The data is aggregated and de-identified, and is used to fix problems and prioritise work.
6. What We Do Not Use
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking. We do not sell cookie data and we do not share it with advertising networks. Zelencio does not serve ads.
7. Third-Party Cookies
A small number of embedded services — for example our infrastructure and messaging providers — may set their own cookies to function. They are contractually restricted to the purpose we engage them for.
8. Managing Cookies
Every major browser lets you view, delete and block cookies in its settings, and offers a private browsing mode that clears them on exit. On mobile, clearing the app’s storage clears its local data, which also signs you out.
9. Changes
If we add a new category of cookie we will update this policy and, where consent is required, ask for it before setting them. Questions: privacy@zelencio.com.
