Custodial Wallet and Financial Services Disclosure
Last updated 27 August 2026
1. Purpose of This Disclosure
This document states plainly what Zelencio does with your assets, what kind of company operates it, and what protections you do and do not have. It is written for users, and also for app store reviewers and regulators assessing the service.
2. What a Custodial Wallet Means
Zelencio holds the private keys to the wallets that store your assets. You hold the beneficial ownership; we hold the technical control. When you press withdraw, we sign and broadcast the transaction on your instruction.
3. The Trade-Off, Stated Honestly
What you gain: no seed phrase to lose, account recovery if you lose your device, instant internal transfers, and protective holds when an attacker tries to drain your account. What you give up: you depend on us to keep the keys safe and to keep operating. In a self-custody wallet, only you can lose your funds. In a custodial wallet, the platform is also a point of failure. Both models are legitimate; you should choose knowingly.
4. What We Do Not Do With Your Assets
We do not lend your assets, stake them, rehypothecate them, use them as collateral, or trade them for our own account. User assets are accounted for separately from company operating funds. Your balance is not a loan to us.
5. How Assets Are Secured
The majority of custodied assets are held in offline cold storage with hardware-backed key management and multi-party approval for movements. Only a working balance sufficient for routine withdrawals is held in hot wallets. Access is restricted, logged and audited.
6. What Zelencio Is Not
- Not a bank. We do not take deposits in the banking sense and we hold no banking licence.
- Not an interest or yield product. We pay no interest and offer no staking or lending returns.
- Not a lender or credit provider. We offer no loans, no margin and no leverage.
- Not an investment adviser, fund manager or broker acting on your discretion.
- Not an insurer.
- Not a fiat payment processor. We do not hold or move fiat currency for users; in P2P trades fiat moves directly between users.
7. No Deposit Insurance
Assets held on Zelencio are not bank deposits and are not protected by any deposit insurance or government compensation scheme in any jurisdiction. If the platform failed, you would be an unsecured claimant.
8. Your Rights Over Custodied Assets
You may withdraw your assets at any time, subject to security verification and any legal freeze. You may view your full balance and transaction history at any time. You may close your account after withdrawing. You may request your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Operational and Regulatory Risk
Withdrawals may be delayed by network congestion, scheduled maintenance or a security incident. A change in law or regulation could require us to restrict or suspend a service in your jurisdiction, sometimes at short notice.
10. Statement for App Store and Regulatory Review
Zelencio is operated by 360 Logistics Limited as a technology platform providing custodial digital asset wallet services, spot trading and swaps, peer-to-peer trading and digital escrow. It provides no banking, deposit-taking, lending, credit, insurance or investment advisory services, and holds no fiat balances on behalf of users. Identity verification is mandatory and users must be 18 or older. Enquiries: help@zelencio.com.
