3.1 The Short Version

We share your data only with the service providers who help us run the platform, with other users where you have chosen to trade with them, and with authorities where the law requires it.

3.2 Service Providers We Rely On

  • Authentication and platform infrastructure providers — authentication, account security, real-time services, cloud messaging for push notifications, and other core platform infrastructure.
  • Media storage and delivery providers — secure storage and delivery of images and attachments such as avatars, proof of payment and escrow item proof.
  • Blockchain infrastructure and wallet providers — generating deposit addresses, monitoring confirmations and broadcasting withdrawals.
  • Market data providers — prices and charts. These providers receive no personal data.
  • Email and SMS delivery services — sending one-time passwords, security alerts and receipts.
  • Sign-in providers — Google, when you choose Sign in with Google, and our phone verification provider when you sign in with your phone number.
  • Identity, sanctions and fraud screening providers — confirming documents and screening against watchlists.
  • Hosting and server providers — running the website, application servers and databases.

Every provider is bound by contract to use your data only for the task we give them, to protect it, and never to use it for their own purposes.

For security reasons, we do not publicly disclose detailed information about the specific infrastructure, systems, configurations, endpoints or third-party technologies used to operate the platform. This helps reduce unnecessary exposure of our technical architecture while maintaining transparency about how your information is processed.

3.3 Other Users

When you trade peer-to-peer or open an escrow deal, your counterparty sees your username, avatar, verification status, completion statistics and the messages you send in the trade chat. Where the law and our name-matching rules require it, they may also see the legal name on your payment account. Your email address, phone number, home address and identity documents are never shown to another user. The privacy toggle in your profile lets you mask your email and phone on your receiving card so only your Zelencio Identity Number and QR code are visible.

3.3A Support Agents

Support is provided by Zelencio staff and by vetted support agents who work for us under a confidentiality agreement. Agents are organised into departments (for example KYC & Verification, Deposits, Withdrawals, U2U Disputes or Security), and each department can only see the account information it needs. Identity documents are never shown to support agents; they are stored in a private vault and can be viewed only by authorised Zelencio administrators and compliance staff. Every action an agent takes is logged, and agents will never ask for your password, PIN, two-factor code or seed phrase.

3.4 Authorities

We disclose data to regulators, tax authorities, courts and law enforcement where we receive a valid legal request, where we are required to file a report, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm or investigate fraud. Where we are legally permitted to tell you, we will.

3.5 Business Transfers

If 360 Logistics Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the new owner. The protections in this policy continue to apply, and we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.
