Section 7: Children, Cookies, and Third-Party Links
Last updated 27 August 2026
7.1 Zelencio Is Strictly for Adults
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Age is verified against the date of birth on your identity document during verification.
7.2 If a Minor Registers
If we discover an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it immediately, stop all processing beyond what is legally required, delete the personal data we are permitted to delete, and return any remaining balance to the verified source of funds. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact privacy@zelencio.com and we will act promptly.
7.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website uses cookies and the app uses similar local storage. In plain terms, these are small files that let the site remember you. We use:
- Strictly necessary — keeping you logged in, protecting forms against cross-site request forgery, remembering your trusted device. These cannot be switched off, because the site will not work without them.
- Preference — remembering your language, theme and display settings.
- Security — detecting suspicious sessions and rate-limiting abuse.
- Analytics — aggregated, de-identified statistics about how the site is used.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you from logging in. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
7.4 Links to Other Sites
The platform may link to blockchain explorers, project websites or partner pages. Once you leave Zelencio, this policy no longer applies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices — read their policies before giving them your data.
7.5 Community Content Is Public
Anything you post to the community feed can be seen by other users and may be indexed by search engines. Do not post your email address, phone number, wallet addresses, identity documents or anything else you would not want to be permanently public.
