Section 5: How Long We Keep Your Information

Last updated 27 August 2026

Effective Date: 1 June 2026  ·  Last Updated: 18 October 2026  ·  Operator: 360 Logistics Limited

5.1 The Principle

We keep your data for as long as we need it to run your account, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires. When neither applies, we delete it or make it permanently anonymous.

5.2 While Your Account Is Open

We keep your account details, identity verification records, transaction history, security logs and support conversations for as long as your account is active, so the service works and so we can investigate a dispute or a fraud report.

5.3 After You Close Your Account

Anti-money-laundering laws around the world — including the FATF standards, the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives, the UK Money Laundering Regulations and Nigeria’s Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act — require regulated platforms to retain identity verification records and full transaction history for at least five years after an account is closed. This obligation overrides a deletion request. It is not a choice we make and not something we can waive for an individual user.

5.4 Typical Retention Periods

  • Identity documents and verification records — five years after account closure.
  • Transaction records — five years after account closure.
  • P2P and escrow chat records — retained while a dispute may still arise, then archived with the transaction record.
  • Security and login logs — a rolling period sufficient for security investigation.
  • Support tickets and live chats — retained to maintain a service history and resolve repeat issues.
  • Sign-in location records — kept with your security logs for the same rolling period.
  • Voice notes in trade chat — kept with the trade record, as for other chat messages.
  • Job and agent applications — up to 12 months if you are not hired, so we can consider you for other roles; then deleted. If you join us, for the time you work with us and as employment and tax law require afterwards.
  • Marketing preferences — until you withdraw consent, plus a record of the withdrawal so we honour it.

5.5 Longer Retention in Specific Cases

Where an account is subject to an open investigation, a legal claim, a regulatory enquiry or a court order, we retain the relevant data until that matter is fully resolved, even if the standard period has expired.

5.6 What Happens at the End

When a retention period expires, the data is deleted through automated processes or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you. Anonymised statistics may be retained indefinitely, because they are no longer personal data.
