Section 8: Changes to This Policy, and How to Reach Us
Last updated 27 August 2026
8.1 Why This Policy Changes
We update this policy when we add a feature that handles data differently, when we change a service provider, when the law changes, or when we can explain something more clearly.
8.2 How You Will Know
The "Last Updated" date at the top of every page in this policy always reflects the current version. For changes that materially affect your rights — a new category of data, a new purpose, a new class of recipient — we notify you by email or in-app notice before the change takes effect, and where the law requires consent, we ask for it rather than assuming it.
8.3 Your Choice
If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the platform and close your account. Closure does not shorten the statutory retention periods described in Section 5.
8.4 Previous Versions
Earlier versions of this policy are retained internally. If you need to know which version applied on a given date, ask us and we will tell you.
8.5 Who Is Responsible for Your Data
The data controller is 360 Logistics Limited, operator of the Zelencio platform and publisher of the Zelencio Android application.
8.6 Contact
- Privacy, data access and deletion requests: privacy@zelencio.com
- Security incidents and suspected fraud: security@zelencio.com
- General support: help@zelencio.com or the in-app support centre
8.7 Supervisory Authority
You may complain to the data protection authority in your own country — for example your national supervisory authority in the EU or UK, the ANPD in Brazil or the Nigeria Data Protection Commission in Nigeria. We would prefer the chance to fix it first, but that right is yours and using it costs you nothing.
