Section 1: The Agreement, the Operator, and What It Covers

1.1 Who You Are Agreeing With

These Terms of Service form a binding contract between you and 360 Logistics Limited, the company that owns and operates the Zelencio platform, the zelencio.com website, and the Zelencio Android application. In these Terms, "Zelencio", "we", "us" and "our" mean 360 Logistics Limited. "You" and "your" mean the person using the platform.

1.2 Accepting These Terms

You accept these Terms when you create an account, when you tick the acceptance box during registration, or simply by using any part of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using Zelencio and close your account.

1.3 What the Platform Provides

  • A custodial wallet for holding supported cryptocurrencies.
  • On-chain deposits and withdrawals across supported blockchain networks.
  • Instant internal transfers between Zelencio accounts.
  • Spot trading and asset swapping.
  • A peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling crypto with other users.
  • An escrow service for digital products and services.
  • Encrypted voucher codes, crypto gifts, referral rewards and daily task rewards.
  • A community feed and a support centre with live chat and tickets.

1.4 What the Platform Does Not Provide

Zelencio is a technology service. We are not a bank. We do not take deposits in the banking sense, pay interest, lend your assets, provide credit, provide insurance, or act as your financial adviser, broker or fiduciary. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Every trading decision you make is your own.

1.5 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform grows or as the law changes. When we do, we update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for changes that materially affect your rights, we notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Zelencio after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

1.6 Changes to the Service

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any feature at any time, including for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Where a change is planned and significant, we give reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by a feature being temporarily unavailable, and you should not rely on continuous, uninterrupted access when planning a trade.

1.7 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only; if there is any conflict, the English version governs. Headings are for navigation and do not limit the meaning of any clause. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the document remains in force.
