4.1 Spot Trading

Zelencio provides spot trading in supported pairs. Spot means you exchange one asset you already hold for another, immediately. We do not offer margin trading, leverage, futures, options or any product that can put you into debt.

4.2 Order Types and Execution

Orders are matched by our engine according to price and time priority. A market order executes at the best available price, which may differ from the price displayed a moment earlier. A limit order executes only at your price or better and may never execute at all. Partial fills are normal in thin markets.

4.3 Slippage and Price Movement

Crypto prices move constantly. Between the moment you press confirm and the moment your order executes, the price can change. This difference is called slippage. It is a normal feature of every market and is not an error. Use limit orders if you want to control your execution price.

4.4 Swaps

The swap feature converts one asset into another in a single step at a quoted rate. The quote is valid for a short window shown on screen. If the window expires, you must request a fresh quote. Once you accept a quote and authorise the swap, it is final.

4.5 Market Data and Charts

Prices, charts and indicators shown on the platform are provided for information only. They may be delayed, may be interrupted, and may occasionally be wrong due to a feed problem. Do not rely on our charts as your sole source of truth for a large decision, and do not treat any indicator on the platform as a recommendation.

4.6 No Investment Advice

Nothing on Zelencio — not a chart, not a listing, not a trending badge, not a community post, not a support agent’s comment — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. A new asset appearing on the platform is not our endorsement of it. You are solely responsible for your own research and your own decisions.

4.7 Market Abuse Is Prohibited

You must not engage in wash trading, spoofing, layering, self-matching, coordinated pump-and-dump activity, or the use of bots designed to manipulate a price or exploit a pricing error. Where we detect such activity we may cancel the affected orders, reverse the resulting positions, freeze the account and report it.

4.8 Errors, Outages, and Corrections

If a technical fault, a corrupted price feed or a system error produces a trade at a price that clearly does not reflect the market, we may cancel or correct that trade. Trading may also be paused during extreme volatility, a network outage or scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for losses caused by an inability to trade during such a period, and you should not build a strategy that depends on being able to exit at a precise moment.
