8.1 What You Must Not Do

You must not use Zelencio to:

  • Launder money, finance terrorism, or move the proceeds of any crime.
  • Take part in fraud, scams, phishing, romance or investment scams, or social-engineering attacks on other users.
  • Buy or sell illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, stolen data or stolen accounts.
  • Impersonate another person, use another person’s identity documents, or open an account on behalf of someone else without disclosing it.
  • Manipulate markets, exploit a pricing error, or run bots designed to abuse the matching engine.
  • Create multiple accounts, fake referrals or automated task completions to farm rewards.
  • Attack, probe, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or overload the platform, or attempt to bypass its security controls.
  • Access Zelencio from a restricted jurisdiction, or use a VPN or similar tool to disguise where you are.

8.2 What We Do When We Detect It

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, restrict a feature, lower your limits, freeze specific funds, suspend the account pending review, or close it permanently. Serious cases are reported to the appropriate authority and evidence is preserved.

8.3 The Security Account

Where our systems detect an abnormal pattern — for example a login from a high-risk address followed immediately by a large withdrawal attempt — the affected funds are moved into a locked Security Account. This protects you from an account takeover in progress. Funds are released after you pass an enhanced identity check and confirm your intent. This is a protective hold, not a confiscation.

8.4 Freezing Funds

We may freeze an account or specific assets where required by law, where directed by a court, regulator or law enforcement agency, where the funds are traceable to a reported theft, or while a credible fraud investigation is under way. We hold frozen assets and do not use them. Where we are legally permitted to explain the reason and the expected duration, we will.

8.5 Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time. Before we can close it you must withdraw your balance, settle any open P2P or escrow deal, and complete any outstanding verification. We keep the records the law requires us to keep after closure — see the Privacy Policy.

8.6 What Survives Termination

Closure does not cancel obligations already incurred. Clauses on liability, indemnity, intellectual property, governing law and dispute resolution continue to apply after your account is closed.
