7.1 Fees Are Always Shown Before You Confirm

Every fee is displayed on the confirmation screen before you authorise a transaction. If a fee is not acceptable to you, do not confirm. There are no hidden charges applied after the fact.

7.2 Types of Fee

  • Network fee (gas) — paid to the blockchain, not to us. It changes with network congestion and we cannot control or refund it.
  • Trading fee — a percentage of a spot trade or swap.
  • Withdrawal service fee — covers the security and processing of an on-chain withdrawal.
  • Voucher, gift and escrow service fees — cover the generation, locking and settlement of those instruments.

7.3 Fees Are Generally Non-Refundable

Once a service has been performed — a code generated, a gift distributed, a trade executed, an escrow deal opened — the fee for that service is earned and is not refunded, even if the underlying instrument is later cancelled, expires unclaimed, or the counterparty fails to perform. Where a principal amount is returned to you, the service fee is not returned with it.

7.4 Changing Fees

We may change our fee schedule. Changes take effect when published in the app and on this site and apply only to transactions made after that point. They are never applied retroactively.

7.5 Promotional Rewards

Referral commissions, task rewards, check-in bonuses and deposit promotions are discretionary marketing credits, not guaranteed income and not an investment return. Any figures shown for potential earnings are illustrative maximums under ideal conditions, not a forecast, a promise or a typical result. Rewards may be capped, changed or withdrawn, and are forfeited where they were obtained through self-referral, fake accounts, bots or any other abuse.

7.6 Taxes Are Yours

You are solely responsible for working out and paying any tax you owe on your crypto activity in your own country. Zelencio does not calculate, withhold or remit tax on your behalf and does not give tax advice. Your transaction history is available for export so that you or your accountant can use it. Where the law requires it, we may report account information to a tax authority.
