Rewards, Referrals and Tasks — Fair Use Policy

Scope
This policy covers every promotional reward on Zelencio: referral bonuses (/invite), daily check-in and Tasks (/tasks), the Rewards centre (/rewards), RefCoin conversions, campaign bonuses and competition prizes. It adds to the Referral Programme and Daily Tasks pages.
One Person, One Account
Each person may hold one account. Rewards earned through multiple accounts, family or friends' accounts you control, emulators, VPN or device spoofing, or accounts opened only to collect a bonus are not valid.
Prohibited
- Self-referral or referring accounts you control.
- Bots, scripts, auto-clickers or automation of check-ins and tasks.
- Wash trading, circular transfers or fake volume to complete tasks.
- Buying, selling or trading referral codes, accounts or rewards.
- Exploiting bugs or errors instead of reporting them.
Holds and Reversals
Rewards may be held while we check them and are only final once credited and any stated conditions are met. Rewards found to break this policy are cancelled or deducted, even after they were credited.
Not Income
Rewards are small marketing incentives, not wages, interest or an investment return. Their amounts, conditions and availability can change at any time.
Our Right to Act
To protect users and the platform, Zelencio may, at any time and without prior notice: refuse, reverse or cancel rewards or results gained in breach of this policy; limit, pause or withdraw this feature for any user, region or everyone; suspend, restrict or close accounts involved in abuse, including linked accounts; and keep records and report activity to the authorities where the law requires. Decisions can be appealed through Support (/support); a person reviews every appeal.
Changes
We may change or end this feature or this policy. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the feature means you accept it.
