Express Buy (Bank and Card) Policy

What It Is
Express (/express) lets you buy crypto with a bank transfer or card through licensed payment partners. The price, fees and the amount you will receive are shown before you pay.
Payments
You must pay from an account or card in your own name. Third-party payments, chargebacks after delivery, or stolen cards lead to the purchase being cancelled, the crypto frozen and the account closed.
Timing
Crypto is credited after the payment partner confirms the payment. Some payments take longer because of bank checks.
Refunds
Unconfirmed or failed payments are returned by the payment partner to the original method; delivered crypto is not refundable.
Our Right to Act
To protect users and the platform, Zelencio may, at any time and without prior notice: refuse, reverse or cancel rewards or results gained in breach of this policy; limit, pause or withdraw this feature for any user, region or everyone; suspend, restrict or close accounts involved in abuse, including linked accounts; and keep records and report activity to the authorities where the law requires. Decisions can be appealed through Support (/support); a person reviews every appeal.
Changes
We may change or end this feature or this policy. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the feature means you accept it.
