On-Chain Withdrawals
Last updated 27 August 2026
What It Does
This sends crypto out of Zelencio to an external wallet or another exchange, on the blockchain.
The Security Gate
Because a withdrawal cannot be undone, we put several locks in front of it:
- Your account must be verified.
- You must be on a device we recognise.
- You enter your 5-digit App PIN.
- You enter a fresh 6-digit two-factor code from your authenticator app.
- A final screen shows the address, network, amount and fees, and you slide to confirm.
After a password change, a new device login or a two-factor change, we may hold withdrawals briefly. That pause exists to stop a thief who has just taken over an account.
Choosing the Network
Pick the network your receiving wallet actually supports. If you switch networks in the interface, an amber warning appears. Assets sent to an incompatible address are permanently lost.
Understanding the Two Fees
- Network fee (gas) — goes to the blockchain miners or validators, not to Zelencio. It rises when the network is busy.
- Service fee — Zelencio’s charge for processing and securing the withdrawal.
Both are shown before you confirm. You can see whether the fee is taken from the amount sent or added on top.
Limits
Daily withdrawal limits depend on your verification tier. Complete a higher tier to raise them.
Screening
Withdrawal addresses are screened against known illicit-activity databases. A withdrawal to a flagged address may be held for review.
