Z-Pay Policy

What It Is
Z-Pay lets you pay and get paid between Zelencio accounts using a QR code, a payment link or a UID. Payments are settled instantly inside Zelencio and appear in both users' history with a receipt.
Finality
Z-Pay payments are final once confirmed. Check the recipient and amount carefully; we cannot reverse a payment you sent to the wrong person, though Support may contact the recipient for you.
Merchants
If you accept Z-Pay for goods or services, you are responsible for delivering them and for any taxes. Selling illegal or prohibited goods, or using Z-Pay to hide the source of funds, is not allowed.
Limits and Security
Daily limits follow your verification level. Payments may be held for review when they look unusual. Never send a Z-Pay payment to someone who contacts you claiming to be Zelencio staff.
Our Right to Act
To protect users and the platform, Zelencio may, at any time and without prior notice: refuse, reverse or cancel rewards or results gained in breach of this policy; limit, pause or withdraw this feature for any user, region or everyone; suspend, restrict or close accounts involved in abuse, including linked accounts; and keep records and report activity to the authorities where the law requires. Decisions can be appealed through Support (/support); a person reviews every appeal.
Changes
We may change or end this feature or this policy. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the feature means you accept it.
