QR Scanner Policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
What It Does
The QR scanner in the Zelencio app reads wallet addresses, Zelencio payment (Z-Pay) codes, gift and code links and sign-in QR codes. It uses your camera only while the scanner is open; images are not stored or uploaded.
Your Responsibility
Always check the address, network, amount and recipient shown on screen before you confirm. Only scan sign-in QR codes that you started yourself on zelencio.com — never scan a code sent to you by someone else, because it can give them access to your account.
Unsafe Codes
The scanner may warn about or block codes that look unsafe or lead outside Zelencio. Zelencio is not responsible for losses from codes that you choose to confirm after a warning, or from codes created by third parties.
Our Right to Act
To protect users and the platform, Zelencio may, at any time and without prior notice: refuse, reverse or cancel rewards or results gained in breach of this policy; limit, pause or withdraw this feature for any user, region or everyone; suspend, restrict or close accounts involved in abuse, including linked accounts; and keep records and report activity to the authorities where the law requires. Decisions can be appealed through Support (/support); a person reviews every appeal.
Changes
We may change or end this feature or this policy. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the feature means you accept it.
