Leaderboard and Competitions Policy

What It Is
The Leaderboard (/leaderboard) ranks users by activity such as trading volume, referrals or tasks for a period. Some periods may carry prizes, which are described on the competition page.
Fair Play
- Only genuine activity counts. Wash trading, self-trading, circular transfers, colluding accounts, bots and multiple accounts are not allowed.
- Rankings are provisional until the period is checked and closed.
- We may remove entries, adjust scores or disqualify users at our discretion when we detect manipulation.
Privacy
The leaderboard shows only your username or a masked name and your rank or score — never your balance, email or identity. You can ask Support to hide your name.
Prizes
Prizes are paid after checks, may require completed identity verification, and can be withheld or reclaimed if a breach is found later.
Our Right to Act
To protect users and the platform, Zelencio may, at any time and without prior notice: refuse, reverse or cancel rewards or results gained in breach of this policy; limit, pause or withdraw this feature for any user, region or everyone; suspend, restrict or close accounts involved in abuse, including linked accounts; and keep records and report activity to the authorities where the law requires. Decisions can be appealed through Support (/support); a person reviews every appeal.
Changes
We may change or end this feature or this policy. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the feature means you accept it.
