How the Quote Works
We show you a firm rate and the exact amount you will receive. The quote is valid for a short countdown shown on screen. If it expires before you confirm, request a new one — the price moved.
Why Use Swap Instead of Trading
Swap is for simplicity. It is the right tool when you just want to move from one asset to another and do not want to think about order books, spreads or partial fills. Spot trading gives you more control over price; swap gives you fewer steps.
Security
Swaps require your App PIN. Larger swaps may also require a two-factor code.
Finality
Once you accept a quote and authorise, the swap is done and cannot be reversed. If the price moves in your favour a minute later, that is the market, not an error.
