On-Chain Deposits

What It Does

This is how you bring crypto into Zelencio from the outside world — from another exchange, a personal wallet, or someone else’s wallet.

How It Works

  1. Choose the coin you want to deposit.
  2. Choose the network it will arrive on, such as Bitcoin, ERC-20, BEP-20, TRC-20, Solana, Polygon or TON.
  3. We show you a deposit address that belongs to you alone, plus a QR code.
  4. Send from your outside wallet to that address.
  5. Once the blockchain confirms the transaction, the balance appears in your Zelencio account.

Your Address Is Yours

Every user gets a unique address for each asset. Addresses are never reused across users and stay linked to your account permanently, so you can save one and use it again.

The One Thing to Get Right

The network must match. Sending USDT on BEP-20 to an address we generated for ERC-20 will lose the funds permanently. We show a warning and make you confirm the network before we display an address. If it still goes wrong, we cannot recover it — nobody can.

Timing

Confirmation speed depends on the blockchain and how busy it is, not on Zelencio. Some networks credit in seconds, others take longer during congestion.

Safety Notes

  • Only deposit assets we list as supported. Unlisted tokens sent to your address may be unrecoverable.
  • Copy the address, never retype it. Paste-and-check the first and last characters.
  • Beware of clipboard-hijacking malware, which silently swaps a copied address.
